Rise Republic began as a dream that became a plan and, finally, a unique studio for Edmonton. After two years of persistence and determination, the vision came to life. With 7 years in health care and a passion for group fitness, She’s grateful to create a space where the community comes together through movement every day.

Damon brings powerful and quirky energy to his HIIT classes, blending drill-sergeant motivation with a caring, supportive vibe. Passionate about building community, he’s inspired by helping others on their fitness journey—and you can always count on Taylor Swift or Beyoncé in his playlists!

Jenna’s HIIT classes are challenging, inspiring, and full of fun—perfect for every fitness level, from first-timers to seasoned pros. Expect collective energy, some shameless dancing to a playlist of throwbacks and hits, and a workout that leaves you sweaty, accomplished, and maybe a little sore (in the best way).

Erika is dedicated to providing a safe space for connection and access to movement in a way that is meaningful for each person who walks through the door. When Erika is not at Rise, you might find me out on sweat dates with friends, cuddled up with my beagle or hitting the books as I continue my studies as a graduate student. I hope to inspire the same balance of work and play - come climb with me and embrace the opportunity to push your limits, feel empowered, and leave feeling better inside and out.
